I have developed in my career from a very young age, going from technical support telemarketer, until I reached Manager and administrator of the IT area, managing IT Help Desk areas, systems and support in general.

Hello! My name is Pamela. I am a Qualified Professional as a Systems Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the IT area. Certified in ITIL, Certified in Power BI Training, Diploma in Human Resources, I have experience as a coordinator of implementation projects with SCRUM methodology, experience in managing Ecommerce tools, managing WordPress for the implementation of web pages, solid knowledge of Systems and Helpdesk , I have also worked as a SAP Functional Analyst for more than 4 years (modules MM, HCM, FI, CO, DBM, VMS version R3), I have the ability to identify, analyze incidents and implement procedures that guarantee the optimization and continuous improvement of your business processes.
